Chairman's Message
Costume-Con 19 is only a few months away, and we are getting very busy on your behalf. If any of you had a problem booking your hotel room for nights before or after the convention, please try again. There was a problem with the way our block booking had been set up, but it has been fixed now.
Remember, if you haven't booked already, you must book your room by April 30th to receive the convention rates.
This progress report lists of some of the limited attendance workshops and excursions that we are offering. Please let the organizers know if you are interested in participating in any of them, so we can accommodate as many people as possible.
We also have a partial list of programming suggestions. Please let us know if there is anything (on the list or not) you would like to help present. The level of our programming depends on you. The same is also true of all the other parts of a Costume-Con. Please volunteer early and often.
If you haven't attended a Costume-Con before, you can get your feet wet at the Friday Night Social, a costume event for everyone. Our theme is "Space Cowboys and Other Oddities." If you don't have a spacesuit handy, dress up in your glitziest Stampede wear, and don't forget to bring your camera.
