DEALERS' ROOM REGISTRATION
Table size: 8' x 2 ½'
Table limit: 3 per dealer
There are a limited number of half tables available for dealers of small items.
COST
Prices: Full table $100 CDN; Half table $60 CDN.
Membership is NOT included. A Dealers Room pass allows access to the Dealers Room only. One discounted membership per dealer may be purchased for $85, and may be used by any person working with that dealer; additional memberships will be full price. One business card-sized advertisement in the program book is included. Larger ads may be purchased.

Cancellation Policy
You may relinquish your table back to CC19, but may not sell it to someone else. If a cancellation is received between November 26, 2000 and March 25, 2001, a 50% refund will be given. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within the two months prior to CC19.
Should the dealers room be oversold, selection of dealers will be juried, and a waiting list will be maintained.
Payment in full, in Canadian funds, must accompany application. Make cheques payable to Costume-Con 19. Space is limited so register early.
