The ConStitution is based on the Westercon Constitution, and has been adapted for Costume-Con conferences by Karen Schnaubelt (Dick), Kevin Standlee, Betsy Marks Delaney, Joy Day, Byron Connell, Ken Warren, Pierre Pettinger, Susan de Guardiola, Alys Hay, John Trimble, Bjo Trimble and Lora Boehm.
The Ballot Template has been adapted by Betsy Marks Delaney from the Ballot used for Costume-Con 18 Site Selection originally produced by Ken Warren.
The Sample By-Laws are based on the International Costumers’ Guild, Inc.’s By-Laws, and has been adapted for Costume-Con conferences by Karen Schnaubelt (Dick) and Betsy Marks Delaney.
