Rules: DOLL COSTUME CONTEST

(To be considered for competition, the doll costumes must be made by the entrant.)

There are four main categories: 1. 10" Fashion Doll (Barbie, Skipper, Gem, Ken...); 2. 5" Action Figures (He-Man, She-Ra, et al); 3. Aliens (Non-humanoid toys - My Little Pony, Transformers, Cabbage Patch Kids
[definitly not human], A.G. Bear, My Little Dragon....); 4. Collectibles (any size - antique, porcelain, hand made, etc.)

This contest is open to all members of CC5. Non-members must pay a $5.00 fee per doll to enter. If you plan to enter but not attend and do not have a trustworthy friend coming, CC5 will return your doll(s) as long as sufficient postage is provided.

Judging - In an effort to make this as unbiased a competition as possible the judges will not see the entry forms, only the dolls and attendent documentation. Divisions will be used if deemed appropriate and/or necessary.

Awards - In addition to the category awards, there will be overall awards such as Best In Show, Best Re-creation, Best Historical, etc. We are still looking into the possibility of having manufacturer sponsored awards. Also, a ballot will be distributed at the convention registration desk so that members of the con can vote a Fans Choice Award.

Winners will be announced at Sundays masquerade.

If you have a doll you would like to display only (no charge) let us know. For further information write to Animal X (Address Removed).
