Lap Quilt Contest and Silent Auction For Charity:
The Lap Quilt Contest Theme has been finalized!!!
“PHOENIX RISING”
We are asking that those of you that are willing please put your quilt in the silent auction for charity. The proceeds of the silent auction will be donated to the Wigs For Kids Charity ([url]http://www.wigsforkids.org/[/url]); a not-for-profit organization providing hair replacement solutions for children affected by hair loss due to chemotherapy, alopecia, burns, and other medical conditions.
The basic rules for the lap quilt contest are:
– The quilt size should be 31″ x 31″
– The Block Pattern should be based on a true or modified form of the log cabin block
